Services
MamboTechs provides software development, AI solutions, cloud platforms, digital marketing, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in individual project agreements.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with final payment due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement.
Intellectual Property
All work created by MamboTechs remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
MamboTechs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
