Mambo Techs provides web development, digital solutions, business systems, WhatsApp chatbots, online stores, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
All content, designs, and code created by Mambo Techs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
Mambo Techs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
